All staff are appointed by the Board of Trustees and undertake regular Disclosure and Barring Service checks. Staff are known by their first names.

The voluntary Board of Trustees manages the Long Itchington Pre School and Out of School Club.

They are responsible for:

• co-managing the setting’s finances

• employing and managing the staff

• making sure that setting has, and works to, policies which help it to provide a high-quality service

• making sure that setting works in partnership with the children's parents
